Prosecco Doro Nature, Valdobbiadene Sup. DOCG

We only know such aromatic precision in champagne. When bottling, a spontaneous fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast, which is unique for Prosecco and an indication of a high quest for quality. A wine, which is better enjoyed out of a white wine glass. An absolute discovery and the pure opposite of large-scale Proseccos. For me, this is one of the best Proseccos that I have enjoyed to date.

Cinzia and Pier Francesca Bonicelli (oenologists) possess the legend of this exemplary vineyard. The name ALICE is a homage to Cinzia’s grandmother who shared the same first name. Women set the tone in every sense with Vigne di Alice. This Prosecco won the “Three Bottle Award No. 1 Brut of the year 2007” in 2009. This DORO is one of the very few DOCG Proseccos. It originates from Valdobiadene and Conegliano, approx. 60 km north of Venice, which is where the best Prosecchi come from. Sensational price/performance relationship.

  • Origin: Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, Italy
  • Vintage: 2018 (vintage changes are reserved)
  • Grape Variety: 100% Glera
  • Recommendation: Drink with somebody you love – add some salmon!
  • Maturity: from now until 2020
  • Ideal drinking temperature: 10°C - 12°C
  • Prosecco; bottle of 75 cl
